Our firm handles appeals in nearly all areas of the law. We have argued dozens of appeals in the Appellate Division, First Department, the New York Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

We offer a variety of legal services, to both litigants and lawyers. These services include writing briefs at both the trial and appellate level, and presenting oral argument.

Trial counsel may also retain us early in the litigation process, to help position the case for ultimate success on appeal. We offer these services both to our own clients, and to other attorneys and law firms on a contract basis.
